When you read this did you spot the empty promises Norman Freeman and his company make regarding his NEW “7 minutes to a day” turnaround for tech support. And then, Viguy comes in behind to make excuses for the lag in tech responses. I should mention that Viguy is the tech support for Viral Inviter… he’s the one who called me a bad guy. Keep in mind this forum was created back on November 07, 2009… then double check the response time for my tech support issue on July 28, 2010 — 9 DAYS!
Note the way they take the blame off themselves and try to redirect it towards the initial poster and subsequent posters…

If you’re like me and don’t want anything to do with Norman’s business – then don’t worry ’cause I did some research and found an alternative to Viral Inviter.
You’ll have to forgive me for not telling you the guy’s name, it’s because I don’t want his name associated with this page. Indeed Viral Inviter is a very bad script! Expensive, source code not available and bad support.
